Synopsis

When his voyeuristic urges are threatened, Todd is willing to do anything to continue stalking Claire. But between the homeowners' association and a stubborn boyfriend, his obsessive mission becomes complicated. Caught between her fiancé's lies and her stalker's obsession, Claire must flee two relationships that are equally toxic.
